1. Company

2. Use and E-Commerce

Use the site lawfully. We may update or suspend it. Per Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015, we provide our details and transaction rules.

3. Quotes and Planner-Client Relationship

Quote requests are free and do not create a booking. We are a ski holiday planner, not the tour operator. The travel contract is between you and the third-party operator. We provide info on seller, services, prices, payment, cancellation, dispute terms per Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12.05.1991.

4. Resort and Package Accuracy

Resort and package details may change. We rely on operators. Verify before booking. Under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15.09.1995, we provide tour operator, license, insurance, visa and cancellation terms.

5. Third-Party Operators

Travel services are provided by independent operators, who are responsible for their services, safety, schedule changes and refunds. We are not liable for their acts or omissions.

6. Personal Data and Cookies

We process personal data with consent or other legal basis under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 10.06.2023. Non-essential cookies require informed consent under Law No. 3153-IX and Law No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16.12.2020.

7. Advertising and Complaints

Advertising in Ukraine must be Ukrainian; other languages may be used with Ukrainian, but Ukrainian version must be available, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996. Complaints may go to the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or courts under Law No. 1023-XII.

8. Limitation of Liability

As permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or errors in third-party content. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited.
