Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Provider
modernheinnovations.com LLC, EDRPOU 26681760. Managing Director: David Petersen. Registration and contact details are published under Law of Ukraine No. 755-IV (15.05.2003) and Law No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' (03.09.2015).
2. Total price
The price at checkout includes base rate, taxes, service fees and all mandatory charges. No hidden fees are added later. Optional extras are shown separately before you pay. This follows Law No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' (12.05.1991).
3. Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed after full payment or authorised deposit. You receive a confirmation with total price, cancellation window and refund terms. Payment currency is shown at checkout.
4. Cancellation windows
- Over 30 days before start: full refund less non-refundable third-party costs.
- 14–30 days before start: 50% refund.
- Under 14 days before start: no refund, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
- No-show or early departure: no refund.
Cancellation notice must be sent to contact@modernheinnovations.com from the booking email. The date we receive notice counts.
5. Refunds
Eligible refunds are sent to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Non-refundable third-party costs (visas, insurance, supplier penalties) are deducted and itemised.
6. Operator, insurance, insolvency
If a tour operator is involved, their name, licence, insurance and cancellation terms are given before you confirm, as required by Law No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' (15.09.1995). Any insolvency protection or guarantee fund is stated in your confirmation.
7. Complaints
You may complain to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or the courts under Law No. 1023-XII.
