modernheinnovations.com provides general information about ski resorts, lifts, trails and winter travel. Snow depth, weather, snowmaking, lift operation and trail availability depend on nature and resort operations outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific snow, weather or grooming condition on any date.

Assumption of risk

Skiing, snowboarding and other winter sports involve inherent risks of injury, including serious injury or death. You participate at your own risk and must assess your ability, follow resort rules, use suitable equipment and obey local signs and closures.

Insurance

We strongly recommend travel and winter sports insurance covering medical treatment, evacuation, rescue, equipment and cancellation. Check that your policy covers your planned activities and country.

Resort, brand and operator names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, modernheinnovations.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any resort, ski area, tourism board or third party. References are for identification only.

Consumer rights and Ukrainian law

Under the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12.05.1991, consumers must receive clear information about the seller, services, prices, payment, cancellation and dispute procedures before booking. You may complain to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or the courts.
