What happens next

Four steps between your request and a written quote. Nothing is charged at the request stage.

    You send the request

    The request form asks for departure city, travel dates, group size and skill level. It takes about two minutes, and any field can stay blank if you are still deciding.

  2. 02

    A planner reviews your dates

    We check recorded snow depth and published transfer itineraries for the exact week you asked about, then note the source date on every figure. Snow numbers are dated history, never a forecast. Planners work Kyiv time, 09:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday.

  3. 03

    You receive a written quote

    Every quote shows one total including lift passes, equipment, transfer and accommodation, written out line by line so nothing appears later. Ask for another lodging standard or a different departure city, and the total is recalculated and resent.

  4. 04

    A deposit holds the dates

    A 25 percent deposit confirms the booking and locks the quoted price. The balance is due before departure. The Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy sets out the terms. Response times are listed on the response times panel below.

Quote requests are read by a planner, not a queue. The times below run on Kyiv time (EET/EEST) and apply from the moment your request arrives with dates, party size and skill level. Requests missing those details are answered with a question first, which adds one round trip.

What a quote from us does not cover

These conditions apply to every indicative figure we send. Read them before you confirm dates.

Indicative pricing
Every figure we show is an indicative per-person total for a stated configuration: dates, resort, lodging tier and departure city. It is not a "from" price and it is not a live rate. Availability is confirmed only after a planner checks the operator, and the confirmed total replaces the estimate in writing before any payment.
Booking conditions
Each quote lists one total including lift passes, equipment and transfer. Deposit amount, balance deadline, name changes and cancellation windows sit with the operating supplier, not with us, and they arrive attached to the quote as a separate schedule. Snow disclaimer
Snow data is dated recorded history, never a forecast or a promise. Base depth at Bukovel on 14 February was 62 cm, source: resort snow report. Lifts, pistes and snow parks open and close on the resort's own decision, and mountain weather can close a transfer road at short notice.
Travel insurance
Winter sports cover is not part of any quoted total. Buy a policy that names off-piste riding and equipment cover explicitly. Medical evacuation from a mountain resort is expensive without it, and we cannot arrange cover on your behalf.
